Living happily ever after still means you have to clean house and do the dishes

Most of my pictures are ‘documentary/memento’ images. This is a collection of all my favorite pictures. Most are pictures I’ve taken. A few have been scavenged from family, friends, and other sources. They’ve all been selected from the 3,200-plus posts and over 7,700 pictures on Breakfast in America.
Piney Creek Wilderness, Table Rock Lake. Looking west towards Buck Hollow and Piney Creek. I took a short hike further east along the lakeshore to find a spot where I could see out across the lake.
When did I grow old? It feels like I blinked, and suddenly I’ve aged — I was writing in my journal when I noticed how old my hands looked. I don’t feel older, but I now have my grandparents’ hands: the loose flesh, thin skin, age spots, and prominent veins.
Little Brazil Creek is very 'scrubby' — Looking north. I'm filling up with water for tonight and tomorrow. I've yet to find a good camping spot near this creek. I hiked over ten miles today to get here.
'Spring Hollow' a great secluded spot — Getting here across all the large boulders and down the steep hollow sides can be a bit sketchy, but worth the effort.
Day Four — Misty, damp morning. I was planning on spending the night at Fiddler Spring, but there was a hunting camp set up there (no one was at home). I grabbed three liters of water from the much slower than usual spring and decided I'd head away from the hunters to this established primitive campsite around three quarters of a mile away.
Blue Bowl, Blanket Box, and Crocs — I was passing through the 'Sparkle Zone' when I noticed the light on the bowl, blanket box, and Crocs. The latter, with their color popping.
