Because of the rain, I decided not to make lunch on the trail and had a combined lunch and dinner after I’d set up camp. The wood burner is an experiment that appears to be working quite well. There were plenty of small twigs and branches around, which I collected for my wood burning stove that I used to heat the water for my meals. The stove is an experiment that appears to be working very well.
