Two-fifty – Spotted during my wanderings around London.

Missouri Angel – Oh how I chuckled when I found this place, it’s opposite the office block where I worked in 2000, in America Square. The fact that I discovered this bar on the day my American K1 Visa interview was held and approved at the American Embassy is quite auspicious.

Robert’s new flat – After a week’s delay, Friday night saw Robert borrowing my car to finally move out of the family home and into his own flat. one-minute read, 9 pictures

My Little Car – Once petrol went over a £1 a litre I noticed an interesting phenomena. Suddenly most of the big gas guzzling SUVs, BMWs, Mercs and Audi’s et al started cruising at modest speeds in the inside lane leaving the fast lane free for nippy little compact cars like mine to zip along. Sitting in the front seat – Back to work for me today, so Ginger has had to keep herself entertained. After work, we went for a walk along the beach. As neither of us took a Self-portrait during the day we did a mini-shoot in the car when we got back to the flat. 2

Doing the American tourist thing — Our route back from Birmingham took us near Stonehenge, at which point Ginger declared “Rebbie will never forgive me if I don’t go see it.”

Fourteen months later – finished – A lot of water has passed under the bridge since the night in March 2007 when I started thinking about finishing off the work on the house. Two-minute read, 2 pictures

Stairwell – The Excellent lighting comes from a single roof-light. Very sixties construction, though I think it may have been built a lot later.

Stretch (365:122) – It is about time the blanket box made a re-appearance.

I didn’t get to go to Memphis (this year) (365:120) – The girls have gone to Memphis with the choir, and apparently a whole shed load of adults have to chaperone them. It was suggested that maybe next year I should go…
